This cozy unit features a fully equipped kitchen, wood burning fireplace, deck, and full size washer and dryer. This condo is a 2nd home and is set up as such. Everything you need is already here.
This unit will comfortably sleep 8. There is a queen size bed with a walk through closet and private bath and TV in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. This room also features an additional sleeping loft that will comfortably sleep 2 adults or 4 small children. The loft has its' own TV/VCR. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a private deck that looks toward the Northern mountains and has a great view of Vail's Game Creek Bowl.
You are walking distance to the free Beaver Creek shuttle, approximately 450 yards, as well as the free Avon town shuttle, approximately 150 yards, which also services Beaver Creek as well as the town of Avon.
Shopping, theaters, restaurants and the Avon Recreation Center are all within 5 minutes of this residence. Being in the town of Avon, just 10 minutes from Vail and 7 minutes from Edwards make this the perfect place to stay while on vacation.
