This is a beautiful 3bdrm/3bath town home located in Eagle Vail surrounded by National Forest and a semi-private golf course. With 2400 square feet of space you'll have plenty of room for the whole family. This home is a beautifully decorated 3 story home with a fully equipped kitchen. The living room opens to the dining room and deck over looking the Eagle Vail golf course. After a long day of playing on the mountain or shopping, take a relaxing soak in the private 8 person hot tub before curling up in front of the fireplace to enjoy a glass of wine or hot chocolate. Don't forget your favorite DVD's to enjoy on the big screen TV.
This unit will sleep up to 8 people. Upstairs are two very large bedrooms with queen beds and TV'S. There is also a large office separating the bedrooms. One room has a great view of the mountains and the other has a nice view looking over the 14th fairway of the golf course. The main floor, walk in level, houses the kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room and a full bathroom. Downstairs, there is a wet bar, den/living room with a queen size sleeper sofa, bathroom, bedroom with a queen bed, and private entrance that leads to the hot tub.
This section of Eagle Vail is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood. Just steps from the Eagle Vail Golf course, you can cross country (Nordic) ski or snowshoe from your back door.
From this location it is only a 5 minute drive to the free shuttle parking lots at Beaver Creek and 10 minutes to Vail. Shopping, theaters, restaurants and the Avon Recreation Center are all within 7 minutes of this residence. Being in the town of Avon, just 10 minutes from Vail and 10 minutes from Edwards make this the perfect place to stay while on vacation.
