The main floor of this home has a large open living room with a gas fireplace and stone floors throughout. The kitchen has been newly remodeled and features new appliances and granite counter tops. A casual bar that seats 4 allows the "chef" to be a part of the evening. The dining room is complete with a rustic wooden table that seats 6 comfortably. The laundry room has a new washer and dryer. A roomy ¾ bath is off the kitchen and the 3rd bedroom with a full size bed is just down the hall. The back door leads to a private stone patio while the spiral stair case leads to the loft which has a queen size futon bed and closet.
The second floor has two bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, private balcony, walk in closets and a Jacuzzi tub/shower. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen size bed, and private full bath.
The one car garage is large enough to store your car and all your snow gear. There is enough space in the driveway to park 3 additional cars.
This section of Eagle Vail is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood. Just steps from the Eagle Vail Golf course, you can cross country (Nordic) ski or snowshoe from your front door.
