Margarita Villa is located in Playacar Phase II and consists of 2 -two bedroom 2 bath units "Latitudes" and "Attitudes" each self contained or able to be combined with a master suite to sleep up to 12.
Latitudes is the ground floor apartment. It has a sunken tiled garden area with out door seating and a separate entrance to one of the two master suites, each with its own bath. The main area has a large living room, dining room, kitchen, and master with a king sized bed and sitting area. The second separate bedroom is a studio, with a mini-kitchen and sitting area and a queen sized bed. Both bedrooms have private quiet terraces looking out to the pool and a small group of ruins.
If you take the wide staircase to the second floor, you will find a laundry area, and the entrance to Attitudes. This unit consists of a spacious second and third floor penthouse unit. It is a very unique property with old world charm and all new furnishings. There is a large living room and open dining room, leading to the kitchen which is fully equipped. There is even a portable dishwasher. The master bedroom and bath are spacious and quiet with a king sized bed and a sitting area. This can be used to sleep a child. There is also room for a child to sleep in the living room on a custom made sofa.
Upstairs there is a domed bedroom and bath with a double bed and hand made furniture. The separate loft style TV room has a fold out queen sized sofa as well as INTERNET AVAILABLE for use. There is a small 3 step staircase to the wonderful roof top terrace where there is teak outdoor furniture for al fresco dining or sunbathing. The Mayan ruins are in the back yard.
The fifth bedroom and large bathroom have a separate entrance and a double and a twin bed. This bedroom has its own large flat screen TV.
The beach is only 3 blocks away and town is a ten minute walk. This is a great property at a very reasonable price. It is fully air-conditioned and comes with access to the Reef Club just a block away to be at the beach. There is also a path through the ruins to a quiet beach area.
