SPACIOUS(6 BEDROOMS PLUS BUNKROOM), COMFORTABLE, AND WELL-EQUIPPED, Chateau Margo offers two Masters with balcony views of the Gulf of Mexico. Both Master Bedrooms have a king-size beds with garden tubs in master bath and one with an adjoining bunkroom. Two additional bedrooms with queen size beds and a fold-out queen-size sofa. The main living area features a full-size gourmet kitchen and dining area with double glass doors leading to the main deck. The downstairs apartment (separate entrance) offers a king-size trundle bed, queen sofabed, separate bunkroom, complete kitchen, dining area, and large patio. Rental features TV, VCR, and DVD's throughout.
POOL and BEACH ACCESS - Just a few steps from private community heated pool, tennis courts, club house, sauna, and private beach entrance to enjoy a SUNSET or Soak up some RAYS! Sand volleyball pit next to the heated pool.
CHATEAU MARGO sleeps fourteen in beds and four in fold-out sofas, offers two complete kitchens and large deck facing west to enjoy the sunset or cook a steak. Awesome view of the Gulf of Mexico from the master private balcony.

* We Do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.
* One half reservation deposit, plus $500 damage deposit (refundable within 30 days of satisfactory check-out) are due within three days of reservation.
* Remainder plus 10% Florida Tax are due before occupancy in cash, travelers check, or cashiers check. No personal checks will be accepted on arrival day!!!
