beautiful Frisco, Colorado. It is centrally located and only 10-30
minutes from five major ski areas (Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper, A-Basin, and Vail).
Situated in a cozy and well established residential neighborhood,
you will be within walking distance of downtown Frisco.
Our townhouse has vaulted ceilings, new carpeting, hickory floors, stainless steel appliances, and a wood-burning fireplace. On the main level of the home, there is a kitchen, living /dining area (with queen sleeper sofa), study (with full size futon), a half bath with a washer /dryer, and a one car garage with heated mud room. On the second level, there are two bedrooms, each with their own full bath and queen-size bed.
Within walking distance (one block) there is a recently remodeled neighborhood clubhouse with four hot tubs (three outdoors and one indoor), an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, locker rooms, racquetball courts and outdoor tennis courts (summer only). This facility is included with the rental of the Townhome.

| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

All reservations are secured with a 50% deposit. We will accept personal checks. The balance will be due prior to check in.
Outside 30 days of check -in, 50% of your deposit wil be returned. Within 30 days of check- in, deposit is non refundable.
Five-Night minimum.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
$25 per nigth per additional guest for groups over six (excluding children under 16)
