This private gated community offers oasis-like tranquility and easy access to the freeway leaving you just five minutes away from all the excitement of the Las Vegas Strip.

Inside the home you will find a big screen TV, cable, a DVD/VCR, stereo and a fireplace all in the main living area. Enjoy the indoor swimming pool with an adjacent billiards table. There are fireplaces and jacuzzi tubs in the master bathrooms. The guest wing holds a dry sauna; the media room has a treadmill and futon for more guest capacity. The backyard is very spacious and includes a built in BBQ.

Just added, is a brand new treadmill in the upstairs media room.

The kitchen is very large and perfect for entertaining big groups of guests, and includes all new-top of the line appliances; refrigerator; dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and two toasters. All the utensils needed and much more. Attached to the kitchen is a formal dining area that seats up to ten guests. Complimentary coffee and tea service comes w/ your stay.

Located in a historic section of North Las Vegas, the neighborhood is in private gated community with a security station.

Rental Policies and Forms of Payment
Three night minimum stay required, four days during holidays, weekends are extra during peak season. (Nov.1st through June 15th) Cleaning fee of $150 and deposit of 10% are required to secure dates. Rates are based on occupancy of house, better rates are available if the house is fully occoupied. Discounted rates available for weekly and monthly rentals.
