Lilian Place (est. 1884), nestled on Florida's Intracoastal Waterway, is a beautiful, lush Victorian home. Built in 1884, Lilian Place is the oldest home on the Daytona Beach Peninsula. We have been listed on the National Register of Historic Places with the U.S. Department of the Interior. The Bed and Breakfast, consisting of the main house with its wrap around veranda, and the Carriage House, have breathtaking views of the magnificent Halifax River.
Here at Lilian Place, you can step back into Florida history. Centrally located to Nascar, Daytona USA, Disney, Universal, Sea World, Kennedy Space Coast, USA Tennis Association, St. Augustine and golf courses. If you are planning a wedding, honeymoon, business meeting or you just want to relax at world famous Daytona Beach, we can fulfill your expecations in luxury and style. The beautiful landscape surrounding the house will take you back to the Florida of the late 1800's while providing all of the modern necessities for a memorable respite.
Lilian Place is located one block from Daytona's World Famous Beach. We are five blocks from the Daytona Beach Convention Center and directly across the Silver Beach Avenue bridge from the shops in Historic Downtown Daytona Beach. You can take a gambling cruise or dock at the marina and spend the night on dry land.

Daytona Beach is home to NASCAR, the world's most famous beach, Bike Week and so much more.
Halifax Harbor Marina: Enjoy the state of the art marina facilities of the Halifax Harbor Marina, the largest marina on the East Coast. Lilian Place is right across the river from the marina. Transportation to Lilian Place will be made available if desired when you make your reservation. Spend a luxurious night or two on land in Victorian splendor.
Daytona USA: A visit to Daytona USA will show you the history and excitement of NASCAR racing. From historical cars to last year's Daytona winners, you can experience the NASCAR adventure. No trip to Daytona is complete without visiting Daytona USA.
Disney World (Orlando): Lilian Place Bed and Breakfast is a short 70 mile drive straight down Interstate 4 to Walt Disney World. There you can visit the Magic Kingdom, EPCOT Center, Animal Kingdom, and MGM Studios. Nightlife includes Downtown Disney and Cirque du Soleil.
Sea World (Orlando): Pet the dolphins and ride the rides. See Shamu and friends perform daily.
Universal Orlando: You've seen the movies now ride the rides. Universal Studios Orlando has two theme parks: Islands of Adventure where you can ride The Hulk and Universal Studios where you can experience Jaws, up close and personal.
Right here in the Daytona area, you can shop on Historic Beach Street, visit World Famous Daytona Beach, located just one block away from Lilian Place. Play golf at one of the many area courses including LPGA International. Eat at an open air restaurant in Ponce Inlet or spend the evening at Daytona's beach side boardwalk. You can tour the city on the trolley boat. Surfing, parasailing or deep sea fishing are also just a few of the activities available in Daytona. Or just relax on our riverside veranda and watch the sunset.
