You will love the location of this sunny, spacious, well-maintained house - just a short 5 minute walk to the ocean beach. This 3 bedroom, 2 full-bath fully appointed house is located on a quiet cul de sac and includes an attached in-law apartment which has been completely renovated in spring 2004. The set-up of this house is perfect for large families, families with visiting grandparents, or friends who want their own space! The house features a large livingroom (with a working fireplace), and dining area which are well suited for gatherings, card games, watching movies (we provide a selection of family videos), and space to just relax after a day at the beach, golf, or a day spent touring the beautiful sights and shots that only Cape Cod can offer.
There is a bedroom with a queen bed and two other bedrooms each with two twin beds. There are also two twin air mattresses available for your use. The house is fully appointed with a washer and dryer; cable television in the livingroom and each of the bedrooms. The kitchen has all new appliances including a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and all new dishes, glassware, pots and pans. There is also a new private outside shower, a charcoal grill, and picnic table for those fun nights eating outdoors and finishing up a day at the beach or golf course with cooked marshmallows and s'mores!
If you like to cook, our house is fully appointed, both indoors and out. If you'd prefer to really live it up on vacation, though, there are ample restaurants varying from inexpensive clam shacks to romantic candlelit dinners within close distance to the house. You can see the entrance to the ocean beach from our driveway or visit any of the other many beautiful beaches for which Cape Cod is known. There are lighthouse tours, quaint shops, miniature golf, and real golf on soome of the most beautiful courses around in short distance to the house. The best ice cream shop on Cape Cod is a short two minute walk around the corner. Canoeing, kayaking, and access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail bikepath are all a short ride down the street.
For the comfort of all, there is no smoking and no pets are allowed.
There is parking for two vehicles.

$150/night (3 night minimum) plus one time $75 cleaning charge for three night stay only.
Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
All rentals require a $250 security deposit.
We require a 50% deposit to book the house for you, with the final balance due no later than two weeks prior to check-in. Please note that upon receiving your deposit, the cottage will be taken off the market for other interested renters. If you cancel for any reason once we have received your deposit, your rent cannot be refunded unless the cottage is re-rented.
