All rates subject to a local 11.5% SC Sales & Accommodation Tax. Rentals are secured with 1/3 deposit and contract. The rental balance is due 90 days prior to arrival date. Once we receive the final payment we will send a check in package that contains map, directions, copy of Security pass request and our favorite dining and shopping spots in both Charleston and Kiawah.

All rates are subject to change.
We recommend Vacation Insurance. TravelGuard.com insurance offers coverage for vacation and trip cancellation, travel interruptions and delays, emergency medical and health expenses, lost baggage and more. Travel Insurance is recommended since no refunds will be available for unforeseen circumstances such as illnesses, or Acts-of-God (such as mandatory hurricane evacuations). There will be no refunds or credits for hurricane evacuations. |
