It's time to kick off your shoes, relax and get away from everyday. And The Pelican's Elbow is the vacation home to help you do just that. It has everything you need for that relaxing week at the seashore, including a large private swimming pool and patio - great for morning coffee instead of a morning commute.

Don't be crammed into a cramped condo. This beautiful home with its nautical décor is perfect for large families or groups. You have room to stretch out – 2020 sq. feet (largest floor plan in the neighborhood) -- with large living/dining room, four bedrooms and two baths, full kitchen, and a spacious family room.

The spacious Master bedroom features a king size bed, TV/VCR/DVD, a private bath with soaker tub and shower and a huge closet. The Kahuna and Palm Bedrooms both have queen beds, TV/VCR and alarm clocks just in case you don't want to sleep in. The Twin bedroom features two twin beds and TV/VCR. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan. There are queen sleeper sofas in separate living and family rooms. And there are a portable crib and a queen air mattress available.

The large back yard is fenced for privacy and security and features a large swimming pool, large gas grill and tropical landscaping.

The white-sugar-sand beach is a short stroll away and dining, shopping and amusements are close at hand. You can swim with dolphins, cruise the Gulf, parasail, kayak or partake in any of dozens of other nearby activities.

At the end of a great day in the sun, you can enjoy the family room with our high-definition TV/VCR/DVD and selection of books, videos and family games. Free high-speed Internet is provided.

Kick back, soak up some sun and work on your tan (or lounge in the shade) and enjoy life at the Pelican's Elbow.

There are nearby state forests with biking trails and bike and canoe rentals. And Destin boasts a large fleet of charter fishing boats and day boats for the finest deep-sea fishing in this part of Florida.

Rental Policies and Forms of Payment
All rates reflect 8 persons or fewer. $100/week ($15/night) per additional person over age 2. A $65-$85 cleaning fee is applicable to rentals less than a full week. Half of rent is due upfront to secure reservation. Second half of rent , 11% FL tax, and a $500 security deposit ($750 for students) are due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. Security deposit will be refunded 2-3 days after checkout if home is left in the condition it was found, and all rental policies are followed. We rent to responsible students with a security deposit of $750. All reservations during peak season are from Saturday (4 pm check-in) to Saturday (10 am check-out). Home is available for monthly rental during the Winter season at $1300 plus utilities for 2 people for 2+ months. Inquire for rates for additional people, shorter stays. We accept PayPal for your convience, so you can pay with your Credit Card. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. No Smoking, No Pets.
