Rental Rates
2 Night Minimum.
Rates are in $US and subject to change without notice. Holiday rates
apply.
Low Season May 1 thru Oct-31
$140 a night---$875 a week---$3800 a month
High season Nov-1 thru May-31
$215 a night---$1300 a week---$5200 a month
Terms and Conditions
Payment:
All rent must be received 30 days prior to check-in date. For
bookings made within 30 days of check-in, total payment is due in
full.
Shortened stays do not receive any refund and all extended stays
will be charged on a prorated basis.
Payment Types:
We accept checks (cashier check or certified checks)
Payments through PAYPAL.
Transient Occupancy Tax:
There is a 9% TOT (Transient Occupancy Tax) on top of your nightly
room charges for any stay 31 days or less. The tax will be broken
out on your statement/receipt.
Deposits:
Refundable Security Deposit is $250 and is due within 7 days
of making your reservation. The Refundable Security Deposit will
be refunded to you within 21 days after inspection of the home.
There is a cleaning fee of $95 for stays 5-nights or less. $125
cleaning fee for stays 6-nights or more.
Cancellation Policy and Fees:
There is a $250 cancellation fee if reservation is cancelled after
receipt of the Refundable Security Deposit.
