Our luxury vacation house is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac in the Rotonda region of South-West Florida. The villa is south-facing, overlooking the fairway and 15 minutes drive from beautiful Gulf of Mexico beaches.
The property comfortably accommodates up to 8 people and has over 2600 sq ft of living space, including a large kitchen, separate laundry room, separate dining area, formal living room and family room with cable TV/DVD/VCR. The master bathroom suite includes a jacuzzi bath, separate shower, large walk-in closet and cable TV. There are three further double bedrooms and a family bathroom which is accessible from the house and the pool area. There are ceiling fans in all living rooms and bedrooms, and on the lanai.
The fully caged pool area is 35' x 46', extended to allow plenty of sunbathing space around the oversized solar heated swimming pool and jacuzzi hot tub. There are tables and chairs for dining under the shaded lanai and sun loungers are provided by the pool.
Local amenities include beaches, fishing, sailing, walking and cycling trails, lakes, golf, shopping, dining. Two bicycles are provided for guests to use.
The location is easy to access from Miami, Tampa, Orlando and Fort Myers.
